Staff is AMAZING! Like most new construction in the DC area, the Ten is modern, pristine, handsome…[The building] does a particularly good job with unique amenities like a rooftop kitchen garden and a room for residents to check out various items like cookware, speakers, bikes, etc. [The staff’s] service exceeded that of any nice hotel or restaurant I have been lucky enough to go to and truly made me feel like I could feel at home living at the Ten. They made me feel so welcome, I was ready to sign on the dotted line!
